Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be much hard quantitative research although, through discussions with our customers, metaSC and iCiX do have some qualitative information on the business benefits of using an on-line Business Community of Interest (BCOIN). 
We intend to carry out some structured qualitative and quantitative research in the first half of 2010 and we will present the results here.
